For more than 20 years, the 110 gang has claimed a stretch of Syracuse’s South Side as its home territory, federal officials said.

The gang’s borders start at Tallman Street and end at Centennial Drive. And 110 members use violence to ensure rival gangs and drug dealers do not encroach on the gang’s territory, federal officials said.

Fourteen Syracuse men have been indicted in a federal bust that targets the city’s 110 gang, U.S. Attorney Grant Jaquith announced Monday during a news conference.The men are facing federal racketeering charges, he said.
