Students all over Onondaga County might have the chance to enroll in an arts-focused high school in Downtown Syracuse.
The school is one of the newest proposals to revitalize the old Central Tech building near Warren and Adams Streets.
Since Central Tech closed in 1975, the doors have been locked, some windows boarded up, but the City of Syracuse and Onondaga County are planning to bring it back.
