Syracuse, N.Y. – The City of Syracuse will close East Colvin Street from Comstock Avenue to Buckingham Avenue to all traffic on Saturday, July 16 from 6:00 a.m. to approximately 5:00 p.m. for planned roadwork. Crews will mill (remove the top layer of existing pavement) and before repaving it.
A detour will be in place, and East Colvin Street will be re-opened to traffic once milling and paving is complete. Actual project start dates and timeframes are contingent on favorable weather.
Residents can visit the 2022 Road Reconstruction project page at bit.ly/syrprojects-2022roadrecon throughout the year to track the progress of work.
