Mayor Walsh Announces Road Reconstruction Project in Sedgwick

Syracuse, N.Y. – Syracuse Mayor Ben Walsh announced a road reconstruction project happening this week on Helen Street in Sedgwick. Crews will repave Helen Street from Rugby Road to Grant Boulevard on Saturday, August 26.

The street will remain open to traffic with lane reductions in each direction. Work is expected to take place from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Actual project start dates and timeframes are contingent on favorable weather.
